In the CANS certification, it guides the participants to identify and develop the various negotiation skills and techniques necessary for today's dynamic business environment. You will discover how to manage the tension between empathy and assertiveness. You will learn to manage your strengths and weaknesses to become a more effective negotiator.
To achieve the award of certified Associate in Negotiation Skills, candidates must pass the assessments with a total score of 60 or higher and attend at least 95% of the sessions.
