Participants will learn about Cynefin Framework containing 4 (four) business environments, namely: simple, complicated, complex, and chaos. In addition, this module also discusses about the disruptive era.

• Take precise decisions based on the 4 (four) business environments
• Understand about the disruptive era and take advantages from it
• Understand that the way of thinking and the way of working hours must be tailored to the current era in the business world.

This module discusses about digital transformation framework which serves as a guideline on how companies move through significant changes due to the current evolving business situations. This module will elaborate the use of digital transformation framework for a clear action plan and benchmark during your digital transformation journey to become a digital enterprise..

After learning this module, participants will be able to:

• Understand the 5 (five) domains and 15 (fifteen) sub domains in the Digital Transformation Framework
• Understand that digital transformation is not merely about purchasing or presenting technology in business, but it is also about the people and processes related to the digital transformation
• Improve the digital transformation maturity by focusing on customer, business agility, innovation, emerging technology, and digital vision.
